Athletic Sponsorships
The athletic department and teams rely on the support of local businesses to provide for equipment, materials and support.
Your sponsorship of our events assists us in providing our students with athletic and extracurricular opportunities. We sponsor 18 sports teams and 16 extracurricular clubs. These activities provide students with avenues to develop leadership, opportunities to learn how to work together and strengthen discipline. The support of businesses, community groups and individuals make it possible for these activities to take place.
Annually, we invite you to partner with us to assist our student activities. We are offering a variety of sponsorship packages. In this way, you will be asked just once (for student activities) and you will know in advance, what the sponsorship entails. We will always welcome sponsorship of individual activities, if this is your preference. (You may be solicited for Festival of Trees and the Saint Patrick’s Day Raffle). Your sponsorship support will be seen by over 5000 people in the course of the year.
There are three levels of sponsorship:
Gold Level $1,500
This level will include a banner in the school gymnasium, a banner at Smith Field for baseball and a banner at Cederquist (Little league) for baseball, a full-page ad in the fall sports program, an ad in the play program, and your name on t-shirts for Run from the Nun and Bocce Tournament.
Silver Level $1,000
This level will include a banner in the school gymnasium, and banners at Smith Field and Cederquist Park for softball and baseball and a half-page ad in the fall sports program and your name on the t-shirts for Run from the Nun and Bocce Tournament
Bronze Level $750
This level will include a banner in the school gym, banners at Cederquist and Smith Field for baseball and softball and a quarter page ad in the Fall Sports Program.
Individual Sponsorships are available as follows:
Banner in the Gym: $ 400
Cedarquist (Little League) Banner $200
Run For the Nun $150
Smith Field Baseball Banner $200
Fall Sports Booklet $20-$150
Bocce Tournament $150
School Play Program: $ 100
If you would like to commit for three (3) years the cost for Gold is $ 4,000; Silver $,2750 and Bronze $2,000.
