Education:

As a member of the science department, Lesley Baker teaches high school science.  In the 2026-2027 school year she is teaching Biology, Environmental Science, Forensics and Physics.  One of the many citizen science projects, Ms. Baker facilitates if the Trout in the Classroom and the Native Pollinator Garden.

Ms. Baker also serves as coach for the Junior High Volleyball team and facilitates the Environmental Club and is the Class of 2027 Advisor. 

Ms. Baker has been teaching for more than 25 years. She is an avid sports fan... Go Steelers!  She is also an outdoor enthusiast, so, you may find her hiking, kayaking, playing with her pups or even cooking.

Did you know She was the 1st Captain on the Nautical Nature at Moraine State Park? (This was a 180 hp enclosed pontoon boat with two mates and 50 passengers.)  She was also involved with the Osprey Reintroduction program, and facilitated outdoor educational programs for Moraine Preservation Fund and Nature's Classroom
